      A few tips:
  • you can let it play through each of the fourteen scenes (it automatically advances to the next station when each video clip ends)
  • you can pause the video on a particular image on which you wish to meditate
  • you can turn off the sound if you want to meditate in silence
  • you can proceed through the meditations as quickly or as slowly as you'd like using the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page
  • there is a link in the upper right corner -- with the text "stations" -- which will allow you to navigate to any one of the fourteen stations
  • I'm still working on the video part... I need to optimize the clips so that they load more quickly for lower-speed connections. As it is, they eventually catch up.
